CNH Industrial and Bourgault Industries Ltd. have announced a strategic partnership. The agreement would see Case IH and New Holland equipment manufactured by Bourgault and distributed through CNH’s dealership network in North America’s seeding markets.
Combining Bourgault’s expertise in large-scale seeding systems and CNH’s robust digital technology and sales reach, farmers will gain greater access to advanced seeding equipment, improving field efficiency and overall productivity.
The new equipment is also expected to integrate with CNH’s FieldOps digital platform, creating opportunities for improved machine monitoring, operational management, and data-driven decision-making.
The co-branded CNH and Bourgault seeding units are expected to debut in 2028, with ordering being anticipated to begin in early 2027.
